These are the "olden days" that people will be talking about when telling people what they could have bought a home for when prices were ridiculously low. I just show a 3 bedroom town home in Canyon Country, California's American Beauty Village complex. The home is priced at $140,000. Just a few years ago this very home was selling for $400,000. This is heart breaking for all home owners. Yet people are waiting for prices to drop.
It is time to pull the trigger and buy a home as purchsing power for a home may never be this good again. Interest Rates are at historic lows so waiting for prices to drop further will ultimately result in higher monthly payments as interest rates rise!
