Is it wise to buy a home with FHA Financing or should I wait for a Conventional loan?

Despite all of the trouble Americans have found themselves in due to low down payments FHA financing is the best gift a home buyer has ever been given. It looks like on the surface that the buyer has gained about 16% on their investment. This along with tax benefits and the benefits of home ownership along with the fact that a person would most likely pay rent close to the monthly payment anyway really make this a great investment!

With FHA Financing the buyer invests only $10,500 as a down payment for a FHA Financed home of $300,000. So the same home being sold at $350,000 in 3 years would actually give the home owner about an increse on the original investment of over 475%. This along with all of the other tax, rent and pride of home ownership make it an absolute gift to be able to buy with FHA Financing.
