We have hit the perfect storm as we head through the Dog Days of Summer in 2011. Reasons that make buyer best at this time include:

1. Home Prices have bottomed out.
2. Interest Rates are rock bottom.
3. Inventories have grown.
4. Jobs Reports are very poor.
5. There is a stalemate in Congress and a delay in approving the new ceiling.

Results:

1. Home Prices will Rise.
2. Interest Rates will Rise.
3. Inventories will Drop.
4. Jobs will come back. Most jobs created are in the private sector which are tax producing jobs. Lost jobs are within the government and are paid out of tax revenues.
5. Both Parties will agree on a new spending cap and positive news will flood Wall Street & the Media.

There are benefits to owning a home that far exceed any chance of prices dropping. Families flourish with the pride of home ownership. The gamble has been taken out of buying a home. Many have lost money some just temporarily others are not so lucky. Take advantage of the low prices and interest rates as once the recovery get full steam there will be no going backwards!
