In the last 5 days 16 new foreclosures have hit the market in Santa Clarita. The lowest priced foreclosure is listed at $154,900 and the most expensive is $520,000. The least expensive is a condo in Canyon Country and the most expensive is a home in the Valencia Summit area. It's listed with an out of area Realtor who in my opinion has clearly over priced it. I think the most shocking of all though is a foreclosure listing that just hit the market which had a murder suicide on the property. Make sure you read those disclosures properly to make sure you don't miss something like that!
