Santa Paula has a new look to it. The downtown area now has beautiful hanging flower baskets lining the streets, some new stores and restaurants have opened and I must say it looks good.
Santa Paula is the geographical center of Ventura County. Santa Paula is located 65 miles north of Los Angeles and 14 miles east of the ocean and Ventura. Santa Paula is surrounded by rolling hills and rugged mountain peaks. Santa Paula is referred to as the "Citrus Capital of the World" because of the vast number of orange, lemon and avocado groves located in Santa Paula.
