As of July 8, 2009 only 13% of available listings in Sausalito are in escrow. (Now here's a place, if you go downtown, you would never know there has been a slow down in the economy - it's jam packed!)

For the month of June 2009 only 4 homes sold in Sausalito for an average final selling price of $734,250.

The average original asking price of these homes was $843,000.

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $430,000 to a high of $1,065,000.

All homes sold for less than their original asking price. (2 of the sales were distress sales.)

It took these homes an average of 265 days to sell.
