Staging does it again! Home sellers are amazed how fast their homes sell once they are staged. Time and time again, I have Realtors raving how staging has really made a difference in the quick sale of a listing. Even well priced homes need staging for their home to stand out in this market. We had the fireplace that needed to be repainted so that the hearth did not stand out from the carpet. We choose a color to match the new carpet. The living room was very small so we found a small sofa love seat combo to make the room feel cozy yet large enough for a family to enjoy. We floated the love seat away from the wall to make the space work.

We added some decor to go with the animal theme, a built-in desk is behind the curtain. We wanted to show the office/ combo in this spare bedroom. Angles are important when you show a home on the MLS. You have to make the room look as large as you can and functional. Good photos are important as is staging.

This home lacked color and appeal. The owner had this comforter and we added the accessories.
