Just curious - how many of these were foreclosures in our area?

Connie on the pendings 30% are Shorts, 10-20% are REO.  I cannot pull a more accurate numbers on the REO because of the way our MLS reports the data.  an REO filed was just added, but there are older listings that did not have that avaialible.
