I see lots of frustration from buyers as their offers do not get accepted on REO (Bank Owned) purchases, So I put the following blog post together to outline the process and pitfalls to avoid when pursuing a Simi Valley Bank Owned property.
As an REO agent for a local bank I see many offers and can generally tell which offer will never get past the Asset Manage due to unrealistic buyer expectations and bad buyer preparation conducted by the buyer's agent.
