This is pretty exciting because it seems that some banks may be REALLY trying to help those homeowners all over the country, including Simi Valley real homeowners in Wood Ranch homes, on the brink of being in trouble!
I just learned that there are some banks contemplating putting "pre" short sales. It is just possible that some Simi Valley luxury homes and/or Wood Ranch gated homes may be in line for these modifications or "pre" short sales. In other words, they will be checking their databases to see if a client is in trouble. If they are and a loan modification would not work, they are suggesting a "short sale." If you are a Wood Ranch home that may be heading for trouble, please call me.
I have another idea. If you think you want to consider a loan modification or if you have even received a call from your lender, please call me today!!! so we can discuss it further. It may or may not make sense for you. But I want to be there for you, so let me know.
