Sonoma, CA Home Sales Chart: 2001 - present

As you will see in the chart below the wine country town of Sonoma saw a little rally in the month of May. Not only did we see some of the higher end homes bring the average sales price for the month up, but the volume held steady (even up slightly) from April.

Nice charts. It is a bit hard to read but it looks like the numbers are similar to the market here in the south bay. We do have a big spread in median home prices and average sale prices depending in the location as you may well know. Thanks for the update.
