Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for 7/09/08

Real Estate in Sonora CA remained the same once again this week. The
average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home dropped this
week to $325,067*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same again as
well this week. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market
time of 113 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 100 with median asking price of
$397,000 and an average time of 136 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 587 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $359,950 and an average of 145 days
on the market.
