Real Estate in Sonora CA became a little more affordable this week. The
average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home dropped to
$321,857*. The number of days on the market (DOM) declined as well.

Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 105 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 99 with median asking price of
$393,000 and an average time of 143 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 586 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $355,000 and an average of 150 days
on the market.
