Lake front homes and estates on the Nevada side of our South Lake Tahoe real estate market are found in all neighborhoods facing the lake, and along Highway 50 from Elk Poijnt to Glenbrook. Value ranges from the high $2M’s to $30M and more. Lake front homes are usually the most desirable property to own around Lake Tahoe. They are also, and it makes sense, the highest price. Values usually increase along national trends, though lake front properties in Lake Tahoe rarely, if ever, see price declines.

I love the effort that you go to, to put information in front of the consumer!  Thanks for setting such an example...if only I could live up to that example.   I want to invite you to join  "Journaling in The Rain", a new group on Active Rain.


A place to post your day or your week.  The days of our lives are the segments that connect it together and the way that we get to know each other on this planet.

We are all so busy and sometimes can't remember what happened yesterday, let alone what happened last week. 

Journaling In The Rain is a great place to post those things and who knows, by recording them, they may lead to specific posts about certain happenings.  Journaling also can lead us to change the way that we spend our days.
