I Love Short Sales!

Yes! You heard me! I LOVE Short Sales! I know most of you reading this think I am crazy, but there is a reason I love Short Sales! I have undergone intensive training endorsed by the California Association of Realtors. And what this training involves is a deep understanding of the short sale process, understanding what questions to ask a client when listing a property as a short sale and gathering the appropriate paperwork that the lender requires.

I Love Short Sales because I understand Short Sales. I know the questions to ask the lender while under negotiation. I am CSP Certified. What CSP stands for is Certified Short Sale Specialist. This Certification has put me ahead of the curve.
