• There are 306 homes for sale within the Temecula Unified School District.
• The average listing price for a Temecula home today is only $472,936.
• The lowest priced Temecula home for sale is listed for only $99,000.
• The highest priced Temecula home for sale is listed at $5,812,600.
• From January 1 2011 through today, Feb 16 2011 there has been 91 homes sold in Temecula.
• The average sales price for Temecula homes sold in that period was $328,040.
• The lowest priced Temecula home sale was for $106,000.
• The highest priced Temecula home sale was for $803,000.
