June 2008 home sales in Torrance Average home price in Torrance was $538,172 compared with $641,428 in 2007, a 16,1% price drop. Total of 92 homes sold in June '08 compared with 104 homes sold in June '07. Sales volume has picked up again on a month to month basis. Is it just a "summere spike" or real recovery?
