Ok now here is something you probably have not read about in the newspaper or heard on the TV news. Home sales in Turlock are going up! Homes listed for sale are slightly down.
These statistics are for Turlock.

So what is driving the market right now?
Just over half (54%) of the sales in March were Bank Owned (REO) properties. We are starting to see homes get multiple offers now too. If it's a home that is in good shape and well priced there is a good chance it is going to sell fast.
Homes are selling.
Loans are available.
Prices are down.
