106 Sales Avg Price $199,063
I have been receiving multiple offers on most of my listings. Many buyers are first time buyers that last year had no chance of buying. We are also seeing the investors get back into the market. Despite all the gloom and doom you hear on TV and read in the Newspaper homes are selling. I guess not everyone believes all that they read, and that's a good thing.
