This is going to be HUGE!!!! You don't want to miss this event if you're a realtor, lender, title company,
homeowner, investor, builder, developer, etc. The list goes on and on. I was asked to consider putting
on the Bay Area Real Estate Tech Fair again this year, but in lieu of this coming event, our committee
has decided to wait until next year to do it again.
Look at the sponsors, pavillions, and the size of this event. This will be just like the state fair. The
3 day event is the first of it's kind ever at the Solano Fairgrounds. See the info below and comment if you like.

Brad, please blog about this after you go. I'd like to know how the event goes. It's a wee bit far for me to attend but it looks interesting.
I both live and work as a REALTOR(R) in Vallejo and I went, unfortunately nobody was home. I went both Friday and Saturday the vendors were all along. One good thing-I did meet Donna and Shannon Freeman of the T.V. show 'Designed to Sell'. They were scheduled to give a brief talk. Afterwards they were kind enough to give me their new book which had not even been released at the time.
Congrats Dionne on getting that book. I know it was their only copy and they had no intentions on giving it away that day. You should feel blessed and special. I know there weren't many there this year, but these evnts take time to build and grow. Hopefully more people will participate next year, and they won't do it on mothers day!! :-)
Brad, yes timing is everything. I met the promoter I know it took a giant leap of faith to invest money, planning and business connections into the project. I was not being critical I was simply hopeful for the city of Vallejo's sake! We need these type of events. I also know that you, Alicia Delgado (which I respect) and many others made a total commitment to the success of the event. I would certainly come again next year. Donna and Shannon shared some great tips from their real estate career, T.V. show and new book. You are right, they never had any intentions of giving their only copy away. I asked, they graciously gifted it to me. It was my good fortune to receive the book. I was truly grateful.
