St. Patrick's Day Event Set For The City of Vista, California!

The City of Vista, California is organizing a business promotion for downtown Vista, California to celebrate
its first upcoming St. Patrick's Day event. The hope is to attract residents and businesses from through out North San Diego County. It's and Irish day and everybody wants to be Irish for one day. The main point is to encourage --- people to come visit our downtown or our businesses. The event will feature a parade with opening ceremonies set for 10A.M., March 17 and a festival set to run from 10:30A.M., to 4 P.M.

Awards will be given away for the best costume, best 30 second entertainment performance and the best Irish-theme parade entry. A standard parade entry cost $35.00 --charges for vending space range from $25.00 for a non-profit to $200 for a corporate vendor.
