Today was my last day at Keller Williams and my first day at my own Cross Walk Realty. I decided to leave Keller Williams for a variety of reasons, but mainly to go independent. I've always dreamed of the independence and working for myself, although KW did allow me to do that as well, but I have no corporate aura around me.
Thank you KW-East Bay for your generous support and I've said it before, if circumstances were different, I would have stayed. However, I'm looking and moving forward despite the economy. Wish good fortune!
To date, I've sold a house a month for myself, started a mortgage product side of the business and am helping clients with a Credit Restoration program that pays me! What a great way to start the year and be on my own boss.
BTW, are you interested in starting a credit restoration program that can keep your clients in your pipeline? This is the next billion dollar industry and if you dont' get in early, then you're following the crowd. See my profile for more information.
