I have a question for any realtors out there. I was offered $3,000 by Kevin and I have never recieved it, How do I hold him accountable to this statement, Kevin was the absolute worst realtor I have ever seen!  It was bad from the beginning and it has only gotten worse. I have over a page of notes that I have been keeping track of and will file with BBB. The guy is awful simply awful!
Anyway, my question is, how can I get out of the contract early? And what documents should I ask from him to prove he is letting me out?
