You may be surprised to learn that the number of foreclosures (a.k.a. "REO," "Bank Owned") properties in Yorba Linda is only a mere 9. That's right, only NINE foreclosures in all of Yorba Linda as of today, April 21, 2009. That's less than 1% of all the homes listed in Yorba Linda.

What does that mean? That means Yorba Linda is one heck of a stout city.
