The Yorba Linda Real Estate Report for August 22nd, 2008 follows:
There are 401 active listings. This consists of 332 Single Family Residences and 69 Condos.
There are 104 homes in escrow. This consists of 81 Single Family Residences and 23 Condos.
So far this month 36 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 35 Single Family Residences and 1 Condo.
Since our last post, 35 homes were listed, 29 went in to escrow, 22 closed escrow, 25 were taken off the market, 15 were put back on the market and 14 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in June is $740,000.
Average Sold Price in June is $914,386.
