The Yorba Linda Real Estate Report for September 8th, 2008 follows:
There are 403 active listings. This consists of 338 Single Family Residences and 65 Condos.
There are 96 homes in escrow. This consists of 73 Single Family Residences and 23 Condos.
So far this month 12 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 11 Single Family Residences and 1 Condo.
Since our last post, 50 homes were listed, 34 went in to escrow, 32 closed escrow, 35 were taken off the market, 25 were put back on the market and 26 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in June is $565,000.
Average Sold Price in June is $662,260.
