There are 386 active listings. This consists of 318 Single Family Residences and 68 Condos.
There are 91 homes in escrow. This consists of 66 Single Family Residences and 25 Condos.
So far this month 5 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 2 Single Family Residences and 3 Condos.
Since our last post, 13 homes were listed for sale, 7 went in to escrow, 6 closed escrow, 9 were taken off the market, 6 were put back on the market and 3 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in October is $595,000.
Average Sold Price in October is $651,260.
