The song bring up a question, how do people remember a Realtor.
I beleive ..it is the Realtor that stays in touch and the Realtor that has knowledge
and experiance in their Market.
I am excited to hear from my people on whats going on in their lives.
I love to hear and see my peeps...
Face Book has brought many of us a little closer.
I love to stay in contract and hopfully I am the Realtor that comes to their mind.!!
To be a good Realtor, one must market. They must Market themself. They must
Market their services. These services include, but are not limited to showing houses,
writting good contracts, watching the contract dates and requirements, being there for
the inspection and appraisal, working with the lenders in getting their loan aproved
and finaly reviewing the closing settlement sheet and being attentive at the closing.
Its not just driving around and looking at homes. It is much more then that ..to be the
good Realtor.
I am thankful to all my clients in Denver that keep me on their mind.
