Now for the not so fun part, moving...

You want to be sure that you get the utilities put in your name (gas; electricity and water to name a few). You will also want to get your cable or satellite television hooked up along with your internet and phone. Most companies if scheduled in advance can take care of this moving day for you. You will also want to find out what day is your local recycling and trash days.
