Asociacion Dedicada a la promocion del professionalismo en el ramo de bienes raices, esta asociacion cuenta con bastantes influencias que cuentan en el ramo de bienes raices, y sobre todo los propietarios de casa propia. Tambien cuenta con filiales relacionadas con avaluos, orientacion y administracion de inmuebles (bienes Raices). Los socios tienen obligacion de seguir y observar la etica de la asociacion.

An organization devoted to encouraging professionalism in real estate activities. NAR has strong lobbies to protect interests of the real estate community, especially homeowners. It also has affiliates to appraising, counseling and managing real estate. Members are required to abide by the code of ethics of the NAR.

Don't know how your market is there, but here we have many Hispanic first time home buyers. When I an working with them, I am always concerned they might not understand the information I am providing them. You are offering a fantastic service, in being able to provide real estate services in two languages! Keep marketing this!
