Foreclosures in Colorado

Many areas of Colorado have been affected by foreclosures, this happen by some factors that I already explained on some my past blogs. Facing foreclosures in Colorado other link that you should read

When a property it is in foreclosure means that a lenders already transferred to a deparment whose job is to decide whether and when to send the loan to the lawyers who handle the lender's foreclosures in Colorado. Many lenders use law firms who are not in the lender's company.

Try to avoid foreclosure in your property, I have posted also some other blogs about short sales and very helpful tips.

Your state has a lot of military loosing their homes due to ARMs I find it so sad that these hard working dedicated guys and gals have been priced out of their homes.

Ray, even just going into foreclosure proceedings can create problems if that home owner tries to purchase another property within 2 years.  Many Lenders will report someone who they started a foreclosure on as a foreclosure on the Credit Report even if they avoided going into foreclosures.  I have already seen two of these this year.

  There are a lot of military personnel here but I did not think a lot of the foreclosures were military personnel. Being an ex-military member myself, they have always known about ARMs and have had the choice to use them or not. I believe here in Colorado now, it is everyone that has an ARM, in a divorce situation or other circumstances that has caused it to be so numerous.
