1) Change your lifestyle, do not waste money where you know that you can save it
a) If you have a cell phone, shop around and change to the best service provider that can make you save money.
b) If you have satellite or cable, internet, etc do the same as above, you can shop around and reduce your monthly payments.
2) If you have credit cards, Call your credit card companies tell them the situation that you are, so they can help you reduce your interest rates.
3) Consolidate credit cards to the ones with the lowest interest rates.
4) Consult Credit Counseling to improve your budget.

Ray - Great ideas for reducing expenses. Sometimes, just a few of these ideas can make a huge difference to someone who needs time to get caught up.
My best idea is to eat at home and stop eating out so often. I also make my own coffee to take with me instead of stopping at Starbucks. I got rid of my Premium chanels like HBO and use my DVR to record what I like then I watch it when I have time to. For movies, I have the lowest package of Blockbuster delivered right to my maibox. Life is sweet!
