More reasons to buy new homes in Colorado

Ray, Green Homes seem to be very popular in Colorado, Dena Stevens another Colorado Realtor and AR member has written several blogs on this.  These home sound like a great deal, great quality and saves you money, that is a win, win combination.

Ray, It is nice to know that Colorado has builders that are building green homes. In New Hampshire there are a few builders, but they are high end.  I would love to see more builders get greener in this state.  At this point, many think the buyers won't spend the extra upfront costs - and they don't understand the long term benefits.  I am looking forward to reading more.

All this and backed by the Presidential Seal! What more could you ask for?

I am glad to see that the developers are building green homes there.  They have not taken off here the same way yet.
