BRC Hosts Fall New Home Tour

The Builder Realtor Council of Metropolitan Denver (BRC) hosted its fall home tour on Friday, September 16^th.

It was great to get out and see the inventory and model homes for these Southeast Aurora Home Builders. The tour took us to the following stops:

Meritage Homes in Sorrel Ranch

Lennar Homes in Beacon Point

Richmond Homes in Wheatlands

Century Homes in Wheatlands

KB Homes in Wheatlands

Pulte Homes in Southshore

Capitol Pacific Homes in Southshore

New Town Homes in Tallyns Reach

Toll Brothers in Tallyns Reach

Lennar Homes in Blackstone Country Club

The final meeting place after the tour was Blackstone Country Club where we had a chance to enjoy complimentary beverages and mingle with BRC members, builders and other Realtors.

They had drawings for those who went through the tour. I was lucky enough to win a $100 gift card to Fleming Steak House from Meritage Homes. My business partner, Will Hamm, also had his name drawn and walked away with a $50 gift card to PF Chang’s.

The Colorado weather was perfect and the people we had a chance to talk to were great.
