Homes are selling briskly in Boulder and most of incrporated Boulder County. Despite all of the doom and gloom news from the nations media outlets, the Boulder County markets are strong this spring. Good homes priced right will sell quickly. The Boulder market once again defies gravity. Many homes are selling in a matter of days and many Sellers are fielding multiple offers. Large single family homes are in very short supply in Louisivlle Colorado. Prices are going up and I predict this will continue for several years.
