Spencer's Restaurant located at Beaver Run in Breckenridge Colorado is hosting the "International Wines of Summer" wine pairing dinner on Saturday, July 30, 2011. Enjoy an evening out and take in the amazing creations of Executive Cheft Jeremy Caprari while pairing wines from the vineyards of Hess and Peter Lehmann.

The evening starts at 6:30pm with Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres chosen by the Chef. Dinner commences at 7pm and usually lasts around 2 hours. The cost is $89 per person to have a unique date night with the one you love.

Served with Hess Collection Chardonnay, Suskol Vineyard in Napa, California

Citrus Cured Duck Breast with mache lettuce, fennel, pinot noir-poached pear, sundried cherry and truffle vinaigrette and a rasperry jus
Served with Sequana Pinot Noir from Russian River, California

Intermezzo - blueberry/thyme sorbe and champagne float

Grilled Colorado Lamb T-Bone with heirloom tomatoes, roasted cippolini onions and goat cheese pommes de puree

Braised Oxtail and butternut squash gnocchi with shaved ricotta salata
