Colorado Springs has a running club that's meets every Tuesday evening downtown at Jack Quinn's begining at 6:00PM and 6:15PM. You don't have to be a hardcore runner and the good thing it's free. The course is a 5K run, walk, trot, stagger or crawl. Family freindly, children and strollers welcome. After the run enjoy a free appetizer buffet and $2.50 pints. Club T-shirt after your 10th run.
