October saw four closings for Peregrine. Of these the average sales price increased 2% from one year ago, and the median sales price decreased only 1%. Because peregrine had 3 higher priced properties sold in September, the average sales prices dropped 26% and the median sales price dropped 18%. There are 44% fewer active properties on the market from one year ago, which is showing in the average days on market and inventory. Days on market dropped 52% from September and there is currently 4.5 months of inventory for Peregrine.
