Why Most Agents Are Unsuccessful

I am the Managing Broker for EXIT ON TIME REALTY and in the past year, I have interviewed 94 real estate agents in the Colorado Springs area. Of the 94 agents that I interviewed, only 5 of them sold more than 3 homes last year. The other 89 did what they have always done and had another unsuccessful year. What suprises me is that I told each and everyone of the agents, during the interview, I had leads to give them and if they would join EXIT ON TIME REALTY, I would guarantee them at least 12 closings within their first year and if I couldn't, I would cut them a check for the difference. Only 2 of the agents took me up on the offer and so far those agents have closed over 1 transaction each and every month they have been with EXIT ON TIME REALTY. What suprises me is that it seems that most agents would rather complain about the market and make excuses on why they can't be successful. I think they are afraid of success! I have seen most of them over the last year and I asked them "why didnt you join EXIT?" i was shocked by there response. They said "I didn't like the name EXIT" can you believe that? They would rather starve and barely make any money because they didnt like a name. I then asked each and every one of them "why would someone do business with you becasue of your current companies name?" Not a single one of them had answer! I guess that is why they will remain unsuccessful in every thing they do, because they "don't know why someone would buy from them" Please let me know what you think about
