Colorado Springs - Single Family Home Sales - July 2009

Homes sales increased by 7.7% in El Paso County for the month of July when compared to June 2009.

There were 60 additional single family home sales in July 2009 when compared to July 2008. There were also an additional 1,409 single family homes for sale in July 2008!

The average ($231,457) and median ($199,675) sales price increased when compared to the previous month of June and has been progressively increasing over the past few months.
