Honoring Our Military Service Members

With Veterans Day upcoming, and in light of yesterday's tragedy at Fort Hood, I wanted to acknowledge and thank all the men and women (past and present) who serve in our armed forces. These selfless individuals have made a choice to put the freedoms we enjoy as Americans before their own lives in many cases, and without their service, this country would not stand today as the greatest nation in the world.

As a Colorado Springs Mortgage Lender, I have the privilege of serving clients from all branches of the military during their time at one of the five bases located in Colorado Springs, many of them having just returned from, or preparing for, their tour of duty overseas. To all the men and women who serve our country, and their family and friends, thank you for your willingness to protect our great country. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
