What constitutes "curb appeal"? The term describes everything between your front door and the street,

Front Door makeover - Your home's front door is the focal point of its curb appeal. You can make a statement by giving your front door a blast of color (a deep red or dark blue looks wonderful) with paint or by installing a custom wood door.

Remodeling Magazine, recently named a Front Door Replacement as one of the 10 projects you can do to get the most return on your remodeling dollar.

If you want to go all out, install a door with leaded glass inserts. Regardless of what you do, make sure and clean off any dirty spots around the knob, and use metal polish on the door fixtures.
