Very telling information for buyers and sellers, and what a beautiful graph, Mariana. How do you do this?
Our SP/LP ratios are around 94-96% for attached and detached homes in North County San Diego, hovering there for all of 2007.

Mariana, great graph of the SP/LP ratio for your area. I sure shows you that if you price the property right you can and will sell.
Wonderful use of graphs. I need to spend more time on graphs. I don't want to use too many of them because they're invisible to Google but they make a very nice visual.
Jeff - I create the graphs in MSWord 07, copy them to Publisher and save them as a jpg. Much easier than it sounds, actually.
