Comments: Like February 2008, the most active area was real estate in Fountain Valley (F/V), where 89 new listings went on the market and 59 homes went under contract or sold in March 2008. Fountain Valley is just south of Colorado Springs and immediately east of Fort Carson Army Base. The average home in Fountain sells in about 117 days for about $180,030.
