Colorado Springs Single Family Home Sales (October '07-March '08)

Home sales are picking up in the Colorado Springs area when looking back at home sales over the past few months. We had more single family homes sell in Colorado Springs in March 2008 than in previous months with the exception of October.

The winter months are usually slower due to the colder weather here in Colorado Springs and winter holidays. The official statistics for April are not yet available from the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors but taking a quick look on the Pikes Peak MLS, it looks like approximately 619 single family homes sold in April 2008.
