The Westside Colorado Springs real estate market is made up of several Colorado Springs neighborhoods, to include: Kissing Camels, Pleasant Valley and Holland Park. The Old Colorado City real estate market is found west of I-25 and includes the streets to the immediate north and south of W. Colorado Ave, and the new Colorado Springs neighborhood of Gold Hill Mesa.
