Nine of these residential luxury homes sold in Denver and the rest in cities and suburbs surrounding Denver. 73% of the luxury homes sold from one million to two million dollars. The highest sold price was $3,900,000 for a home in Cherry Hills Village.

The average price per square foot of the luxury homes sold was $340 per square foot. The lowest price per square foot was for luxury home sold in Parker - $188/sf - the only one under $20/sf. The highest was $566/sf for a Denver Luxury Home.

The average days on market was 145. The average original List price vs. Sold price was 87.2%. The lowest was 71.2% for a bank owned property in Centennial.

Two of the sold luxury homes were bank owned properties, three were sold by builder, one was a relocation company sale and the rest 73% were sold by individual owners.
