Forest City and New Town builders have teamed up in an attempt to provide much needed funds to The Challenge Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps low-income students attend college.
Forest City donated the land, a nice corner lot just north of the new Central Park, and New Town Builders was able to build the home with donated materials and labor.
The home is now for sale and New Town Builders has pledged to donate all proceeds to The Challenge Foundation. Anyone interested in purchasing the Challenge House contact John Keene, at 303-547-7578.
