1st Time Homebuyer Tours, April 25 & 26, 11am-2pm

In its efforts to stimulate the economy and revive the housing market, Congress has enacted legislation providing a tax credit of up to $8,000 for first-time home buyers who purchase a home before December 1, 2009.

With over 50 homes available for move-in and a little more than 40 in mid-construction at Stapleton, there are plenty of opportunities for first-time home buyers to take advantage of this tax credit. This two-day event will offer home buying workshops to help educate your first-time home buyers.
