Here is a question that I received recently...
Dear Kerry:
When we moved to Denver, we heard from so many people that we should buy a house in Washington Park. After looking at homes, we notice that there seems to be a difference in price between East & West Washington Park. What is the Difference?
Sincerely,
Steve & Ashley
Dear Steve & Ashley:
You are very perceptive, yes, there is a difference between East & West Washington Park although it is very slight. The East side of the park has a tenancy to be a bit higher in terms of price. West Washington Park, although a bit lower in price, has seen a higher increase in overall value in the last year where East Washington Park has not. West Wash Park also has a tenancy to be a bit more trendy and hip and has a larger number of Victorian homes which you seem to like.
I hope that answers your question, and I'll see you tomorrow when we go out looking.
Best,
Kerry
PS - Steve & Ashley ended up purchasing a Denver Square home on the West Side of Washington Park and are very happy in their new home.
